Christmas Cupcake Stand Centerpiece

My little guy does not like glass balls on trees. Every place we have been lately with a Christmas tree, he has run right up to it, grabbed the breakable spheres, and discarded them, as if he believes they were placed there by some mistake. Jeramy and I have decided not to put any breakable ornaments down low, especially balls this year, since he seems unable to control the desire to rip them off.

So I got this idea to use a vintage cupcake stand that I was recently given, as a centerpiece and a way to show off some of the Christmas ball ornaments. Simple, yet festive.
